What Black Cat reads, and why

`MCC admin access`	Lets Black Cat see every account under the manager hierarchy and the people who can reach them. The write side of this permission is not used.	Required Write (write-capable permission)
`Standard or Basic API access level`	Lets Black Cat read your account data at the access level Google has granted your developer token.	Required

Manager account identifier Required — The ten-digit number shown at the top of your Google Ads manager account.
Developer token Required — Issued to your manager account in the Google Ads settings.
OAuth client identifier Required — From the read-only OAuth client you create in the Google Cloud console.
OAuth client secret Required — Issued with the OAuth client identifier in the Google Cloud console.
Refresh token Required — Produced once when you authorise the OAuth client against your manager account.
Login customer identifier — Optional — the manager account to act through when your hierarchy has several levels.
