Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making our services accessible to everyone.

Last updated: 2026-04-18

1. Our Commitment

Black Cat Security is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards. Our target level of conformance is WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the W3C), the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (2021), and the French RGAA (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité) version 4.1.

We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing a website and platform that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance or ability.

2. Compliance Status

We consider our website and platform to be in partial compliance (conformité partielle) with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, EN 301 549 v3.2.1, and RGAA 4.1. No formal third-party audit has yet been conducted; an internal review forms the basis of this statement. We will commission a certified RGAA 4.1 audit during the next product cycle and will update this statement with the conformance score, the detailed schedule of remediation, and the audit report URL once available.

In the meantime, we continue to work proactively to improve accessibility across all areas of our website and platform.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on our website and platform may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Some dynamic content and interactive elements may not be fully accessible to screen readers or other assistive technologies.
  • Some colour contrast ratios may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements in all areas of the interface.

We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know so we can address it.

4. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and platform. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at contact@blackcatsecurity.fr. We aim to acknowledge your feedback within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response, including any planned remediation steps, as soon as practicable.
